Morrison joined the army when he turned 18. This put him in a pool for the “Soldier Enhancement Program”. In which he volunteered for along with 99 others, who majority had died. Being one of the successful volunteers he gained superhuman speed, strength, and agility.

The Omnic Crisis had gotten out of control for the government to take care of. The United Nations started putting together a task force, Overwatch. This small experimental group had memebers from across the world to deal with the crisis. Being one of the first recruited, Morrison was declared a leader of Overwatch.

Reinhardt had joined the German Armed Forces at a young age to bring glory to his country. All he did was work his way up in the forces and later became a lieutenant for the Crusaders.

During the Omnic Crisis, he was chosen to part of Overwatch. The day before being sent to the team, omnic’s had attacked his station in Eichenwalde. During the battle he had lost his mentor, Balderich von Adler. This made him very clear that he would join Overwatch and not stop until all omnics are wiped from Earth.

From a bloodline of soldiers, Ana had stuck with her loyalty of joining the army. She was one of the deadliest snipers and had near perfect aim.

Overwatch had got Ana to join with her impressive skills and mindset would help overcome the challenge. The Omnic Crisis impacted Egypt a lot since the lack of soldiers there were low. By the time Overwatch got there a lot of damage had happened. They cleaned up as much as they could. She later was in the battle at Rio de Janeriro, that had ended the Omnic Crisis.

Growing up during and after the Omnic Crisis she was not able to join with such a bright mind. The medical prodigy at the age of 14, Angela had a bright future in medicine. During University she would visit the Overwatch base.

She had caught the eye of Jack Morrison, who saw her breakthrough in the medical advances. He approached her about joining Overwatch after the Crisis. She had some set backs about it, but did join and was head of medical research and a healer for first responding crisis.

A genetically engineered gorilla who with others are humanity’s hope for the exploration of space. An unknown spaceship coming from the sky alerts Overwatch that it could’ve been a new threat ahead of them. Instead it was Winston and other specimens on the ship.

Winston stayed in Overwatch and Ana was his mentor to teach him the ways of the world now. One group member in particular Gabriel Reyes did not like the idea of him being part of the team.

At the age of 17, Lena had joined the Royal Air Force as a test pilot. Overwatch needed pilots for their new technology. The jet she would be flying is a prototype of a teleporting fighter jet, named Slipstream. When flying Slipstream it had malfunctioned and disappeared. Months later it had reappeared and her body molecules caused her teleport herself.

Winston was the only scientist who could make a chronal accelerator to control her time, by speeding it up or slowing it down. She trained in Overwatch and fought against Blackwatch during her time.

Dr. Mei-Ling Zhou is a climatologist who was reached out to by Overwatch with other scientists to help the escalating climate change due to the omnics. Mei was experimenting and one was with cryotherapy. She had entered cryo and woke up 9 years later. With video footage of the omnic crisis only getting worse and Overwatch had disbanded.

Winston had stayed behind in Overwatch and sent messages to those he thought would join and stay to fight future problems and be the hope people expected out of Overwatch.

Being one of the leaders in Overwatch, he and fellow member Jack Morrison were close in leadership, he lost the role of commadning officer to Morrison. This is because people looked at Morrison as the leader of the operation in Rio de Janeriro to defeat the omnics. This made him think he was number 2 and then became number 1 somewhere else.

He was command leader of Blackwatch (a covert ops division of Overwatch). There was rumors that they caried out missions of assasinating people and not bringing them to Overwatch.

Genji lived a privileged life, his brother Hanzo was the oldest who had the responsibilities of the family. Genji lived in the shadows of him and wanted to break through that. Him and Hanzo gotten into a fight that caused him to be almost dead. Rescued by Overwatch, Dr. Ziegler had saved him, but the only way she could is with some cyborg parts.

Overwatch had saved him, but he had too much anger to be part of the good guys. He was given a chance to join Blackwatch just to be able to take his revenge out on whoever and learn skills to later go back against his brother.

Offered a role in the covert ops of Overwatch, her experiments were more harmful to people then helpful, Overwatch wanted to silence her. They brought her to them to maybe change her ways, but still experiment in a more humane way. Reyes being the leader of Blackwatch see them try and shut her out of the kind of doctor she is, he gave her the chance to keep her research going.

She was recruited to try and inject him with super-human abilities(so he can be just as good as Morrison), she was successful, but later had an effect that caused his cells to regenerate and decay fast.

Meeting Elizabeth Ashe in a cell, the two had started pulling heists together. He was armed but never came off dangerous. He only ever shot people if they come in the way of what he wanted. They had split due to differences in their objectives.

Overwatch had caught him doing these heists and having important resources meant for them. They had given him a choice of either going to jail or working with them. One last heist for Overwatch to retrive a package that was in the hands of Ashe, they were face to face after years passed.

Growing up with wealth, she wanted to make a name for herself by being an outlaw. She was in the care of B.O.B from her parents since they gave her little attention. B.O.B is an omnic butler. During the Omnic Crisis B.O.B had left (we do not know if it’s because he was scared they would think of him as a threat or wanted to help his kind in the war). He had returned years later to Ashe as her companion and protector.

After Cassidy had left her, she continued pulling these heists so she can be given a reputation like Cassidy had.

Australia’s landscape was changed when teh Australian omnium’s fusion core blew up. The radiation caused the land to be unlivable to those there. Those who survived are known as The Junkers who renamed the wasteland to Junkertown.

This is ruled by Junker Queen who wanted every percentage of loot that the Junkers come across. Jamison and friend Mako stopped wanting to share and went to explore what they wanted to under no ruler.

The radiation exposure from the Australian omnium explosion, Mako had lived, but with a makeshift mask to help him breathe through the radiation. It was later chemical mixtures to counteract the effect of the radiation.

He only faught for himself and never wants to be ruled by anyone. In a new government with no laws, there is no need to have a Queen. He was then an enemy to her and lived in the outskirts of Junkertown with a farm.

The past decade Odessa Stone had ruled Junkertown for a decade. She fought her way to be Queen. If anyone gets in the way of her ruling or on her bad side, they will be fought by her. In a city that has no laws or rules anymore she has those who work under her make sure people pay their taxes and do their jobs in the land.

During the Omnic Crisis, Junkertown is a radiation threat with little life on it, omnics didn’t try to come on the land, but if they tried she had banned them from entering.

Amelie was a trained ballet dancer in Paris, and married to an Overwatch agent Gerard Lacroix. The Talon had tried to assassinate Gerard but failed and took the approach of kidnapping Amelie. They had neural reconditioning to make Amelie want to kill her husband. Overwatch had rescued her but she killed her husband 2 weeks later.

She later returned to Talon to later be built into an assassin, they slowed her heartrate causing her to turn purple and be an excellent sniper.
